Welcome to the Stirling Business Panel
FINALIST - ENTERPRISING BRITAIN AWARDS 2010
The Stirling Business Panel gives local businesses a voice in strategic planning, and is an effective way to raise important subjects and discuss business concerns on issues and services that affect businesses.
Membership continues to grow and now exceed 618 local businesses. This healthy membership ensures that the business community has a strong voice in how policy and future planning for this area is shaped.
In March, we held our'Have Your Say' event at the Double Tree by Hilton Dunblane Hydro. For more information about the event, click here Our next event will be our Autumn Trade Fair on the 21st September at Castle Business Park. With 50 exhibitors, it is sure to be a great day for businesses in the Stirlng area and beyond into the Forth Valley. Click here for information about our next main event, the Autumn Trade Fair.
By developing links with Forth Valley College and the University of Stirling, the Panel is able to participate in the development of training and courses, which help meet the needs of the local business community.
We were delighted to make it to the Scottish Regional Finals of the 'Enterprising Britaiin' awards this month.
Although we did not make it to the next level, the fact that we made it to the finals is recognition of the progress we have made since out launch event in March 2009.
