This half day session, delivered by Fiona Marshall of The Leadership Factory, is aimed at anyone who would like to introduce coaching into their own leadership style and their organisation's culture, or would like to further develop their current approach to coaching. It will define what coaching is and how it can benefit your leadership, the motivation and development of others and your organisation. It will also give you practical tools and models to develop, or further enhance, your coaching technique and leave you with the confidence to use coaching effectively.
The day will begin at 9.15 with coffee and registration with the session beginning at 9.30 am. A light buffet lunch will be available at 12 Noon with the session ending at 1.30 pm.
The cost for this event is £60.00 + VAT per delegate.
